Not a strong night on the farm as all 3 teams that played lost, and were outscored 26-8. The Storm were held to just 2 hits while the starting pitchers for the Chihuahuas and TinCaps allowed 9 runs and 7 runs, respectively.

Notes: It was a tough night for the Storm as they could only muster 2 runs on 2 hits tonight. Jose Rondon reached base twice and is now riding a 5 game hitting streak. For the 3rd straight start, Rafael De Paula tossed at least 5 innings pitched and allowed 2 or less earned runs.

Notes: After enduring a 0-for-20 stretch, Nick Torres has hit safely in each of his last 5 games. Despite his slump, Torres is still slashing .308/.365/.453 over 172 AB’s with Fort Wayne. After a promising start to his career last year, Michael Gettys has struggled over his first 44 games with Fort Wayne. Gettys is only hitting .227 over 185 AB’s.
