Jaff Decker’s hot bat led the T-Pads to a close 6-5 victory. The Storm and the AZL Padres both lost by 1 run despite a home run by Jace Peterson for Lake Elsinore and strong start from Juan Oramas for the AZL Padres. Making his 3rd start for Fort Wayne, Adys Portillo pitched just 3 innings in the TinCaps eventual loss.
