Led by Reymond Fuentes and Mike Wilson, the T-Pads turned in another explosive offensive performance. The only other farm team to win, the TinCaps, enjoyed a fantastic pitching performance from Walker Weickel. The rest of the farm struggled offensively.

Reymond Fuentes has hit safely in all 12 games he’s played with the T-Pads. Over 50 AB’s he’s hitting a whopping .420 and his OBP is .508. Mike Wilson has been red-hot over his past 10 games; he’s hitting. 432 with a home run and 15 RBI over that span. He’s driven in a run in 7 of his past 8 games.

Missions closer Jeremy McBryde tossed a scoreless inning in this game. McBryde has only allowed 1 run over his last 10 appearances. Over 57 appearances this year, McBryde is 4-3 with a 1.87 ERA and 69 strikeouts over 57.2 innings.

Notes: The offense for the Emeralds struggled yet again in their 4th consecutive loss. Former 3rd overall pick, Donavan Tate, was awful in this game as he struck out all 4 times he went to the plate. Michael Kelly rebounded from a couple of rough outings. Kelly has struggled with both Fort Wayne and Eugene this year; he has a combined ERA of 5.40 over 51.2 innings pitched.

First baseman Jake Bauers struggled initially with the AZL Padres, but with 3 hits tonight, he has raised his average to .288. He is hitting. .395 over his last 10 games.
