I wonder how long the new playoff scheme will continue after that debacle last night. Let’s break it down: a blown call in a game that shouldn’t really have to be played. The Braves were 6 games better than the Cardinals, and yet the Braves don’t even get a chance at the divisional series. So let’s move on to some Padres news, which isn’t a whole lot. Because of that during the playoffs I will have a little different layout for the Daily Friar. The first part will be whatever Padres news I can dig up, and the other part will be links to the playoff games from the night before. I hope that it’s noat as thrown together as the trash on the grass of Turner Field last night. So without further ado here are your links for today:
