Oh the woes of being a Padres fan. Just when you think the team is still in a game and can do something with their offense they throw it away. The pitching was there last night, the offense wasn’t. One of the links below has the numbers on how well this team is hitting right now. Spolier alert: It’s not good. They are being patient at the plate adding even more walks last night. However, getting men on base and driving them in are two completely different things. Hopefully they can turn it around today if the weather is good enough to play.
