Daily Friar 6.24.12
The last time the Padres faced Felix Hernandez they put him in his place. Last night was not the case though. He got the best of us, as he should. He’s one of the best pitchers in baseball and he should be able to beat a lowly team like the Padres. We did after all have Jason Marquis pitching for us. Which, without injury wouldn’t even be on this team. I was at the game along with Steve Adler and other members of The Friarhood. So at least we had a fun time with that. But the game was a bust.
