The Padres had a well deserved off day last night before coming home to take on the Diamondbacks. Tonight is the beer fest game, then you have your standard Saturday and Sunday games following that. So there are plenty of fun times to be had this weekend downtown at Petco park. I have a feeling that this team can beat up on the Diamondbacks and win yet another series. In fact, I know they have the chops to even pull off a sweep and push the DBacks deeper into the standings and spoil their playoff hopes. In fact if we do sweep them then we will be just a game behind the DBacks in the standings, which means oh so close to 3rd place. Here are your Padres links for today:
