Eh? Eh?!

We all love our Padres and baseball sooo...why not organize a team for SDABL or other baseball leagues in San Diego County? I'll admit I haven't played in years (probably the case for many of us) so I imagine we'll be in the rookie league.

Ok, I'll admit I have had a burning desire to play again so I thought I would ask the Friarhood if anyone would like to play baseball.

What say you, Friarhood?

I currently play for Sunday18A in the SDABL, so I'd be down for a saturday team or something next season!

Awesome! Lots of interest.

Softball has obviously more opportunities for everyone to play even for the (grossly) unskilled. But if we got some hardballers, even better!

Perhaps SDRedBull8 can help better break down how SDABL works but I know they have lots of leagues for various skills and even age ranges. I'm told it's really competitive too.

That said, what positions can you all play? I was mostly OF when I played in my younger days.

Steve can be the manager. We'll give him #44
