Sounds like the Dodgers are out of the race after signing Uribe (which I feel was a bad move), but either way Bartlett is on the block and the Padres are in the mix.
Bartlett had an outstanding 2009, followed it up with a weak 2010.
In 2009 .320/.389/.490 14HR, 29 2B, 30 SB
In 2010 .254/.324/.350 4HR, 27 2B, 11 SB
To be honest, those numbers make me very skeptical. If you look at 2007 and 2008 his line resembles 2010 much more than 2009. With that in mind, I think having a proper perspective when projecting Bartlett's numbers 2011 is very important.

Bartlett is in his last year of arbitration and made 4M in 2010. Which means he is in line to make close to what it would cost to have a player like Tejada. Not sure I'm on board with Bartlett.
