im telling all of you friar fans out there, never has a 1 hit game been so much fun. from rooting all the giants fans out of my season ticket section to losing my voice keeping padre fans in the game. i would have to say that is the best game ive been to this season yet.

I had a fantastic time watching too on TV. Being in NorCal and having to watch it on the Giants feed made it that much more enjoyable. Mike Krukow and Duane Kuiper were pretty dejected throughout the game.

I also got to see Philip Rivers sitting directly behind the Petco Park sign in beyond home plate on almost every pitch. Thanks to the Friarhood gamechat I was able to confirm it was indeed our quarterback. The SF kept showing all 300 lbs of Kevin Mitchell without a word of PR.
