Everything I have heard was very positive. I am very confident in the new regime ( the FO/ ownership, GM) in contrast to years past. They really seem dedicated, "make no mistake about it we are here to win". I love it! I also truly believe Moorad at his word, he is very forward and interactive with the fans, I think this had to be one of the more positive "open house" style events in past years. Having the owner say every penny will be fully invested in the team is nice, but I also truly believe it, until we (the Padres faithful) are shown otherwise, because this is a totally different regime, making some good strides in the draft, scouting and player development along with "key" trades and signings (Garland, the Hairstion's, Cunningham etc) adamant about getting to the world series, I like! Very nice high five..
