News released today that he is under going Tommy John surgery. Last year it was the foot, this year it is he elbow. Should we be concerned that Kyle could be injury prone? In all fairness the OF has put more strain on him, but now he may be out until mid way through 2011. Is he a realistic replacement at 1B or does this just show how important Adrian Gonzalez is?

It was a bad idea to put this kid in the OF. Get him healthy and keep him at first base. He'll be fine. This might mean no Adrian trade in the off-season with no capable replacement.
