Could the Friars possibly be the ones? Would be an awesome pick up if it is. Dunn has played the outfield most of his career. Perfect fit.

I would be nice to see another big bat in the lineup. Put Dunn in left field with TGJ in the middle of 2 bats.

I'm sure plenty of teams claimed him, not just one. More than likely that team was below the Padres in the standings. More than likely the Nationals will pull him back.
