Luke Gregerson and the Padres Agree to Terms
Luke Gregerson and the Padres have come to terms on a one-year deal for the 2013 season. O’Connell Sports is reporting via twitter:

Gregerson filed for $3.75M, the Padres countered with $2.875M before settling at $3.2M (the amount projected on MLBTR).
The Padres set-up man had a great 2012, playing in 77 games, while collecting nine saves and 2.39 ERA.
Luke Gregerson remains under team control through the 2014 season. Gregerson is also a member of Team USA that will participate in the upcoming World Baseball Classic.
Also of note: Ken Rosenthal is reporting that the Padres are close to a deal with Clayton Richard and have talked muli-year deal with Chase Headley, but a deal is unlikely.
