Luke Gregerson and the Padres have come to terms on a one-year deal for the 2013 season.  O’Connell Sports is reporting via twitter:

Luke Gregerson agreed to terms on a one year $3,2M contract with the SD Padres. #padres#mlb

Gregerson filed for $3.75M, the Padres countered with $2.875M before settling at $3.2M (the amount projected on MLBTR).

The Padres set-up man had a great 2012, playing in 77 games, while collecting nine saves and 2.39 ERA.

Luke Gregerson remains under team control through the 2014 season.  Gregerson is also a member of Team USA that will participate in the upcoming World Baseball Classic.

Also of note: Ken Rosenthal is reporting that the Padres are close to a deal with Clayton Richard and have talked muli-year deal with Chase Headley, but a deal is unlikely.
