Liz turned in his best start of in the last two months, if not the season.
San Antonio Missions 5, Frisco Rough Riders 0 Blake Tekkotte-CF: 2-5, Run scored, Stolen base Logan Forsythe-2B: 1-5, 3 K’s James Darnell-DH: 2-4, 2b, RBI, Stolen base Craig Cooper-LF: 2-4, RBI Simon Castro-SP: 5.0 IP, 5 hits, 1 ER, HR allowed, 3 K’s Evan Scribner-RP: 1.0 IP, 1 hit, 1 ER, 1 K, Save (6) Notes: After a few mediocre starts Castro seems to have found his rhythm in this start. He turned in a 75% groundball ratio for the game and did not walk a man for the first time in three starts.

Out of 32 total attempts Payne has been caught only 4 times. Apparently he has not, If you toss out his last start, Carter has posted an ERA over 9 in a game 5 times in his last 10 appearances.
