After taking game one 6-2 with solid pitching and timely power hitting from Nathan Freiman, the TinCaps dropped the next two games by a combined score of 19-12. Obviously the offense was still there with impressive offensive days from catcher Griffin Benedict (3-3, 4 RBI on Monday) and second baseman Dean Anna (Grand Slam on Sunday). The TinCaps bullpen betrayed solid started pitching, blowing two save opportunities in the series. Next up is Lansing for a mid week 3 game set.
