 As April comes to a close, the Friarhood would like to look back at some of the highlights 2010’s first month of the San Diego Padres Low-A affiliate in Fort Wayne.
The Friarhood will select an outstanding position player and pitcher each month this season.So without further adieu, here are my selections for April beginning with hitter
Offensive player of the month is first baseman Nathan Freiman. Freiman was routinely a key factor in just about every TinCap win, hitting .400 for the month and smacking 3 HR and driving in 18 RBI to lead the team in both categories.
