The San Diego Padres have agreed to terms with P Dustin Moseley on a one-year deal and have now reached an agreement with all their arbitration-eligible players. Moseley was signed by the Friars last season and became a starting pitcher coming out of the Spring. He struggled to get any run support, like the rest of the staff, and had a 3-10 record. He finished with a 3.30 ERA in 120 innings before dislocating his left shoulder after getting a base hit.
