THREE FOX SATURDAY GAMES ADDED TO PADRES TV LINEUP — All remaining Saturday home games to now be televised on FOX —
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – The San Diego Padres announced today that FOX has picked up all three of the club’s Saturday home games in September, ensuring all remaining Padres Saturday home games will now be nationally televised on FOX. President/COO Tom Garfinkel made the announcement. “Win or lose, this Padres team plays hard and plays baseball with a genuine love of the game and with heart,” said Garfinkel. “We’re excited that FOX has picked up these games and hope that baseball fans throughout the rest of the country enjoy watching what is sure to be three exciting games against three tough opponents.”
In addition, COX/Channel 4 San Diego has added four Padres games to their television lineup. Channel 4 will now televise the Padres’ August 26 game at home against the Arizona Diamondbacks, September 1 at Arizona, September 15 at Colorado and the Padres’ final home game of the season on September 30 against the Chicago Cubs. With those additions, every remaining Padres game of the 2010 regular season will be televised by either Channel 4 or FOX.
In accordance with the FOX Saturday lineup, all Saturday home games previously scheduled for 5:35 p.m. PT will now start at 1:10 p.m. PT. Please see below for game time changes.
Tickets with the 5:35 p.m. start time printed on them will still be valid for the new 1:10 p.m. game times. For all ticket information please contact the Padres ticket office at (619) 795-5555.
