Today, on the Scott and B.R. radio show, Jed Hoyer admitted that Petco park held Adrian Gonzalez down. Hoyer said that he wants the fans to appreciate the challenge and sacrifice which the good hitters deal with, do to the Petco factor. I say, shouldn't the fans instead be able to appreciate the great performance of good players, who play in a park that does not prevent them from being as good as they can be. How can you justify a ball park which prevents a player, with star talent, from reaching his exciting potential? Mr. Jed Hoyer, don't the fans in San Diego deserve the enjoyment of watching an MVP like performance, which Adrian is providing in Boston?
