#VotePadres 2014 All-Star Game Voting

The 2014 MLB All-Star Game voting is now live and online for fans to access and cast their ballot for their favorite players to make it to Target Field for the mid-summer classic on July 15th. Padres fans are encouraged to follow the link on or through and cast your vote for your favorite Padres players to be on the field for the 2014 MLB All-Star game!

Fans can vote up to 25 times without logging in or registering to their accounts, or if you already have an account than fans can vote up to 35 times for their players of choice. The past two All-Star games (2012 Kansas City and 2013 New York City) have had only one Padres player each attend as an ambassador for the Friar Faithful: Huston Street and Everth Cabrera.

This season both Cabrera and Street are making a pretty good case for themselves early on as Street is a perfect 10-for-10 in his first ten save opportunities and Cabrera is currently in second place in the National League in batting averages for shortstops with a strong .296 BA. But Padres fans can help solidify a return trip for a second crack at All-Star Game glory for Cabrera by going online and helping him rise to the top in NL voting!

Fans just need to follow this link here to the MLB All-Star Voting Online Ballot and select Everth Cabrera and your other Padres favorites for a chance at All-Star game history. Fans can also show their support for the Padres by using the hashtag “#VotePadres on Twitter and Instagram to help raise San Diego’s social media presence online.

Don’t let the Padres be relegated to another “final spot managerial pick” – Get the good guys on the board early and show everyone that the Friar Faithful want to see some Padres baseball in Minnesota this Summer! Fans can vote until Thursday, July 3rd at 8:59pm PT. Every vote counts!

Vote early and vote often, and of course, GO PADRES!
